Processing & Shipping Delays
Due to the high volume of orders, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. While we’re working hard to fulfill all orders promptly, please allow for potential delays in dispatch and delivery.
Stock Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of an oversold item, we will notify you promptly to issue a full refund or assist with an alternative solution.
All orders shipped to a PO Box are sent using USPS or FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited. Deus Ex Machina USA does not process or ship orders on weekends or on any federal holidays. Please note: Orders placed after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight shipping delays. Taxes do not count toward the Free Shipping total. All orders using the Free Shipping option will be shipped through FedEx.
Please keep in mind all deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures; therefore we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time. Deus shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If you need your order to arrive to you by a certain date, we advise to contact us at eshop@us.deuscustoms.com prior to placing your order.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are subject to a $20 dollar flat rate shipping fee and cannot be expedited.

International Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 10-20 business days & excludes foreign customs processing. All international orders that are shipped with Fedex will have a tracking number so that you can follow your package during the whole transit time. Orders shipped via non-trackable shipping methods such as USPS 1st Class International Mail have no guaranteed transit time.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.
